Here, on this side (the left), you are supposed to read what to do, then you should do it over there.  "Over there" means that window to the right ===>

In that window, you carry out the directions.  In this window you mostly just scroll.  

Note that what you see there should match the thumbnail picture here, beside these directions.  If the thumbnail doesn't match the window there, scroll up or down on this side until you find it.
