School Choice Begins
School Choice Period Has Begun! Window Closes in Just Days
The time has come! All High-School Choice applications are due no later than midnight on Wednesday, January 13th! Look for the High School Choice tab in ParentVue. Also check out our walk-through videos (at left).
For parents who need assistance completing the application or registering on ParentVUE, there are two options available: district or Hamilton support. The Hamilton computer lab will be open on Wednesday, 1/6/16 from 8:30 am to 6 pm. Parents can also stop by the Counseling Office anytime between 8:00 am and 4 pm with questions.
Alternatively, did you know that LBUSD has a District Computer Lab? In an effort to provide assistance with the High School CHOICE online application, for the next few days (January 4-8), the District's HS CHOICE team will provide support in the District Computer Lab, at 1515 Hughes Way, Long Beach, CA 90810.
Please report to the HS CHOICE office (on the third floor) FIRST, and we will walk you to the Computer Lab, RM 243. If you are a parent of an 8th grader in LBUSD and have not registered on ParentVUE, please bring your Activation Code with you. Please contact your middle school secretary if you need an Activation Code.
