A District Computer Lab For Parents?
Yes, it's true. There is a computer lab at the LBUSD headquarters building for parents! And, as an 8th grade parent, you are invited to make your High School Choice in this facility on or before Friday, December 12th, the deadline. Open times and dates are shown below.
The District administration building is located at 1515 Hughes Way, Long Beach CA 90805. It's about 15 minutes' drive from Hamilton (see map). But be sure to have your 7-character Activation Code with you! If you don't, you'll have to come back to Hamilton for it.
When you reach the Headquarters building, please go to the third floor, find the High School Choice office, and ask to be escorted to Room 243.

IMPORTANT!! High-School Choice applications are due by Friday, December 12th!! In an effort to provide assistance with the High School CHOICE online application, our HS CHOICE team will provide support in the District Computer Lab – 1515 Hughes Way, Long Beach, CA 90810. Please report to our HS CHOICE office (on the third floor) FIRST, and we will walk you to the Computer Lab, RM 243. If you area parent of an 8th grader in LBUSD and have not registered on ParentVUE, please bring your Activation Code with you. Please contact your middle school secretary if you need an Activation Code. If you are a parent of a student who is not currently enrolled at a LBUSD middle school, we will assist you with ParentVUE. ¡IMPORTANTE!! ¡ La fecha límite para aplicar es el viernes, 12 de diciembre!! En un esfuerzo para proveer asistencia con el proceso de la aplicación vía internet de Elección de Preparatoria, nuestro equipo de Elección de Preparatoria proveerá apoyo en el Laboratorio de Computación del Distrito – 1515 Hughes Way, Long Beach, CA 90810. Favor de reportarse PRIMERO a la Oficina de Elección de Preparatorias (en el tercer piso), y le acompañaremos al Laboratorio de Computación en el Salón 243. Para los padres del 8vo. grado del Distrito Unificado Escolar de Long Beach si no ha activado su cuenta en ParentVUE, favor de traer su código de acceso que lo puede conseguir con la secretaria de la escuela intermedia. Para los padres que sus hijos no están inscritos en el sistema del Distrito Unificado Escolar de Long Beach, le asistiremos con ParentVUE. ¿Preguntas?
