WELCOME--Back to School! Let me be the first to welcome you to or back for another great year at Hamilton Middle School. I am very excited to see all the new 7th graders and welcome my 6th graders to HMS.

PURPOSE--Physical Education significantly contributes to students' well being; therefore, it is an instructional priority for me to make physical education an intergal part of my students' educational experience here at Hamilton Middle School.

PROGRAM--Within my 6th or 6/7th Grade Physical Education program, I am dedicated to providing an environment that promotes high standards of academic and physical activity/fitness achievement. I believe that parents, children and teachers all share a partnership in the life-long education on physical activity/fitness.  After all, I feel that a child's health and fitness is the most important aspect to their education today and in the future.

MISSION-- My mission is to safely deliver an instructional program, providing a variety of developmentally appropriate physical activities to help all students acquire physical fitness, motor skills positive attitudes and knowledge for a lifetime of health and fitness.

WHO AM I?-- This is my 22nd year at Hamilton Middle School. I am originally from Corte Madera, California and attended Long Beach State majoring in Physical Education (Teaching Emphasis). I chose to become a Physical Education teacher so I could combine my passion for sports and physical activity. I enjoy coaching and watching my daughter in various sports and activities, and play recreational sports to stay active. In my spare time, I announce football games for Laguna Hills High School, I have done this for the past 24 years.
